My History
I began taking photos in my early teens, learning on an old Mercury II 35mm split film camera my Dad had given to me and from there I was hooked. As life got in the way and a I raised a family, I went away from my photography for a number of years, but then in 2003, I purchased a new Minolta 35mm to take on a trip to Australia. After that I never looked back and when digital cameras became available started to look into these, first purchasing an Olympus DSLR and then moving into my current line of Nikon DSLR and Lenses.
I photographed everything from Weddings to Wildlife & Nature, honing my skills in each of these areas until I found my main passion in Wildlife & Nature. I do offer some unique photography services and will always offer to photograph events that are close to my heart. I also offer Wilderness Photography Workshops as part of my portfolio.
